Accept the Conciliation for Reconciliation

As wordy as this may sound, it depicts the actions going on between God and man. Conciliation is the regaining of friendship or goodwill toward another by some pleasing act of behavior, appeasement, etc. Conciliation is "A change of attitude, and of the conditions of relationship toward enemies for appeasing, pacifying and propitiating them on behalf of peace." It calls for an attitude change on the part of the one seeking the peace. On the other hand Reconciliation means, "To come to accept, and re-establish a close relationship with the one offering peace or conciliation." So, to be reconciled unto God, Who is the conciliator, you must simply received His Olive Branch of peace -Jesus Christ. Nothing else will do because, God has already conciliated us unto Himself through Christ (2 Cor. 5:18). The sin problem has been dealt with from His standpoint of view. That is why; He is not counting our offenses against us today because of Calvary. Yet instead, He is asking that we receive what He has already done for us through His Olive branch of peace - Jesus Christ.

Hence, the Sacred Scriptures tells us: "Yet all is of God, Who conciliates us to Himself through Christ, and is giving us the dispensation of the conciliation, how that God was in Christ, conciliating the world to Himself, not reckoning their offenses to them and placing in us the word of the conciliation."  "Be conciliated to God..." It's your turn now, what will you do?
